Book reports are meant to share with your teammates your key takeaways from books you’ve read. With that spirit in mind, the app doesn’t allow for approved book reports to be hidden or deleted.

You can, however, add your own Notes to a book which can be made public or private. To add notes to a book you’ve read, simply go to your profile page, hover over the book, then click the Add Note icon. If you want to hide your Note, select the box next to “Mark as Private” then click Save This Note.
