What's the difference between Auto Approve vs. Champion Approved under library management?

The "Automatic" admin setting allows individual clubs to auto approve all books read by users into the club library. The "Champion Approved" admin setting allows for control of title inclusion by asking users to "suggest" titles to the club library for approval.
