Who can use this feature?
 Only Administrators can update the anniversary email setting.

On the anniversary of each member’s hire date, you have the option to automatically send an email to your Administrators and Champions listing all the books that member has read so far!

Note: You can only receive an anniversary email for members who have filled in their Anniversary Date on their profile. Be sure to encourage your team to do this if you’d like to receive an email for each member!

Here's how to update your anniversary email setting:

  1. Hover over the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page and select Manage Book Club Settings.
  2. Select Edit Book Club Settings on the right side of the page.
  3. Check the box next to Champions Receive Anniversary Emails to turn the emails on. To turn these emails off, uncheck the box.
  4. When you’re done, click Save Book Club Settings.
