Who can use this feature?
Only Champions and Administrators can send announcements.

Whether you just added new titles to the Library or need to remind everyone that book reports are due soon, sending announcements in the application is a great way to quickly update your team on what's new with your company's book club.

Create a new announcement

  1. Hover over the gear icon in the navigation bar at the top of the page and select Manage Announcements.

  2. Select Add Announcement in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Enter the Headline and Body of the announcement in the corresponding fields. You can format the text using the available icons.

  4. If you'd like to email this announcement to all members, check the box at the bottom of the text box. If not, proceed to step 5.

  5. Select Add Announcement.
