From View Members page:
Navigate to the View Members page by clicking on the people icon at the top of the page from anywhere in the app.
Search for the member by name or scroll to the member and hover over the member’s tile.
Click on the star icon to follow the member.
From the member’s Profile page:
Navigate to the member’s Profile page.
Underneath the person’s name and email address in the top left section of the page, click on the star icon.
