Book reports allow you and your co-workers to share your thoughts and key takeaways from books you've read. In this article, we'll show you how you can view other members' book reports as well as your own!

Note: This guide only applies to approved or archived book reports, as well as your pending book reports. If you'd like to view and edit a book report that's either saved or flagged, check out this article to learn how.

View Your Book Reports

From the Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  2. Under the My Book Reports section, hover over an approved or pending book report.

  3. Select the arrow icon to view the report.

Note: Your archived book reports will not appear under the My Book Reports section on the dashboard. You can view your archived book reports by using one of the following two methods below.

From the Library:

  1. Browse or search the Library for the title of your choice. (Note: Titles for which your book reports have been approved will have a star within the ribbon on the top right corner of the book’s tile.)

  2. Select the book title of your choice.

  3. From the Book Detail Page, select the View Book Report button underneath the book's description.

From your Profile:

  1. Under the Books Read tab, scroll to the book of your choice.

  2. Hover of the book tile and select the book icon to view your book report.

View Other Members' Book Reports

There are two methods for viewing other members' book reports. One is from the Library, where you can get an overview of everyone's takeaways from a book by viewing the responses to each book report question. The other is from the View Members page or the member's Profile, where you can view a member's full book report for a specific title.

From the Library:

  1. Browse or search the Library for the title of your choice.

  2. Select the book of your choice.

  3. On the Book's Detail Page under the What Everyone Else is Saying section, click on the drop-down menu to toggle between book report questions.

  4. Then, you can scroll through the responses to read what others have said in their book reports.

From the View Members page:

  1. Navigate to the View Members page by clicking on the people icon at the top of the page from anywhere in the app.

  2. Search for the member by name or scroll to the member and hover over the member’s tile.

  3. Click on the file bin icon to view their book history.

  4. Scroll thru the books to find the title of your choice. (Note: Titles for which they've submitted a book report will have a star within the ribbon on the top right corner of the book’s tile.)

  5. Hover over the book's tile and select the View Report button.

From the member’s Profile page:

  1. Navigate to the member’s Profile page.

  2. Under the Books Read tab, scroll to the book of your choice.

  3. Hover of the book tile and select the book icon to view their book report. (Note: If you don't see the book icon, that means they haven't submitted a book report for that title.)
